The customer service is open from Monday to Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm and on Fridays from 12 pm to 4 pm.
Exceptions to customer service opening hours:
- on Friday April 3 closed
- on Monday April 6 closed
- on Thursday April 30 open from 12 pm to 4 pm
- on Friday May 1st closed
- On Thursday May 14 closed
The training studio is open 24/7 with key tag, mobile application or PIN code.
One-time visits and new memberships are also available from the online store outside of the reception opening hours.
