Francis Maltby

I am a physiotherapist and coach, an outgoing and motivated professional who always strives for the best possible performance in all aspects of life. In my free time, I enjoy functional strength training, photography and hiking, which not only offer me a physical challenge but also the opportunity to calm down and be inspired by nature. My life also includes the everyday life of a toddler, so I understand the hustle and challenges associated with it. I know how important it is to find a balance between training, recovery and everyday demands, and I can help my clients optimize their well-being to support coping even in busy life situations.

I am a long-time strength training expert, and my passion is to help people move, feel better and achieve their own goals. My more than a decade of experience in strength training, physical coaching and rehabilitation gives me a strong foundation to understand the body's function holistically. I believe that sustainable development is based on balance - in addition to effective training, recovery and nutrition are important. A carefully designed training program, adequate rest and proper nutrition support development, prevent injuries and maximize performance. My individual approach combines physiotherapeutic insight, strong coaching skills and practical guidance so that each client can achieve long-term and sustainable results.

Whether your goal is to build strength and muscle mass, improve mobility, or optimize performance, I'm here to help you every step of the way. Let's train smart, recover well, and achieve results together!

Customer feedback:

“I had never been excited about strength training before. Somehow lifting the iron and staring at the numbers hasn’t felt like my own. Four months on, and this has all turned upside down. In Francis’ piloting, my strength levels have increased, my mood is better and even in the photos there is a man standing that I dare to look at. I can’t wait to see how far we can get in a year! 6/5”

“In a short time Francis set up a personalized training plan which would provide more than enough challenge while being sustainable after a long break from gym training. I’ve learned a lot about exercise technique, workout plans and nutrition and enjoyed every training session. Receiving direct feedback and encouragement on the spot is invaluable.”
