Katja Kaila

By education I am a physiotherapist, physical, mental and mobility coach. My specialty is hybrid training and I am trained HYROX Coach. In addition, I have studied at the University of Jyväskylä in the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences specializing in sports medicine as well as coaching and testing science. I have also studied medicine at Charles University in Prague and further educated myself e.g. for the prevention and treatment of sports injuries. I have also been teaching diverse groups for 26 years.

My coaching is based on the latest comprehensive research evidence, and it combines the essential aspects of strength, speed, endurance, and mobility training. A person is a whole and everything affects everything; you are only as fast or strong as your weakest link allows. I provide you with the tools based on evidence for effective training and help you understand the real principles of physical training that promotes development.
