Lost motivation? Or still motivated, but not sure about the effectiveness or direction of your workout? Whichever it is, my primary goal is to find a training method that motivates and makes sense for you. From training with external resistance and weights to developing maximum oxygen uptake, I believe I can find guidelines for training for every client. In particular, finding motivational factors for training and an efficient, yet forward-looking direction with a twinkle in the corner of my eye are part of my repertoire. I am a performance coach with whom you ALWAYS get a genuine human encounter.

My special skills and strengths are HIIT training (e.g. the effects of training on the body and performance) and strength training in itself or as a support for another sport. By education, I am a physiotherapist and have completed the Heart Physiotherapist PRO specialization studies. I am also a LES MILLS trainer and Presenter.
